It's true thought, me personally, i don't believe there is a way you could completely stop it. There will always be people (especially in government) who would disagree, just to be assholes. yano? Then if someone ever did try to make that a law, it'd never pass. Most peple in america don't even know what "Global Warming" is. Plus, if we ever did find a decent enough way to atlest minimize it some, other countries would beat us to it, we (america/americans) would find a way to cause a problem out of it. It's what america does.
